POUR OVER

You will need:

  • Pour over cone dripper
  • Paper filter
  • 13-14g of ground coffee (2 flat scoops)
  • 200ml of hot water (82°C - 92°C)
  • Timer
  • Coffee server

Step 1

Fold the paper filter at the extruding edge & place into dripper.

Step 2

Rinse filter with hot water. Discard the water.

Step 3

Measure 2 flat full scoop of ground coffee (approximately 13-14g). Prepare 200ml of hot water.

Step 4

Add ground coffee into dripper. Slowly pour 30-50ml of water in a circular motion to wet all the grounds for 30 seconds.

Step 5

After 30 seconds, continue pouring the remaining water slowly starting from the middle and moving outwards. Gently stir the coffee. The extraction process should be done within 2 minutes.

Step 6

Serve and enjoy!
