Fold the paper filter at the extruding edge & place into dripper.
Measure 2 flat full scoop of ground coffee (approximately 13-14g). Prepare 200ml of hot water.
Add ground coffee into dripper. Slowly pour 30-50ml of water in a circular motion to wet all the grounds for 30 seconds.
After 30 seconds, continue pouring the remaining water slowly starting from the middle and moving outwards. Gently stir the coffee. The extraction process should be done within 2 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
