Delivery Policy

DELIVERY INFORMATION

All orders will be delivered through Courier Services to the shipping address indicated by you. Our courier service partners are GDEX, J&T Express & BEST Express. Orders will be shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays (excluding Malaysia Public Holidays). 

• Orders placed on Thursday (after 12pm), Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday will be shipped on Tuesday.
• Orders placed on Tuesday (after 12pm), Wednesday & Thursday (before 12pm) will be shipped on Thursday.
• Orders within West Malaysia will take 1-3 business days to reach your doorstep after the order is packed.
• Orders to East Malaysia will take 4-7 business days to reach your doorstep after the order is packed.

Please provide the CORRECT shipping address where someone will be home to receive the parcel and a VALID phone number, otherwise, you will be informed to collect your parcel from the nearest courier office or other arrangement must be made.

Orders are shipped within Malaysia only (including Sabah & Sarawak). We do not ship to P.O. Box address.

Delivery Cost within Peninsular Malaysia (excluding Pangkor & Langkawi):

• RM 7 for orders below RM50
• Free shipping for orders above RM50

Delivery Cost to Pangkor & Langkawi:

• RM 12 for orders up to 1 kg
• RM 14 for orders 1.1kg – 2kg
• RM 16 for orders 2.1kg – 3kg
• RM 18 for orders 3.1kg – 4kg
• RM 20 for orders 4.1kg – 5kg

Delivery Cost to Sabah & Sarawak:

• RM 15 for orders up to 1 kg
• RM 21 for orders 1.1kg – 1.5kg
• RM 27 for orders 1.6kg – 2kg
• RM 34 for orders 2.1kg – 2.5kg
• RM 40 for orders 2.6kg – 3kg
• RM 46 for orders 3.1kg – 3.5kg
• RM 53 for orders 3.6kg – 4kg
• RM 59 for orders 4.1kg – 4.5kg
• RM 65 for orders 4.6kg – 5kg
